SUTLER & VENDOR INFORMATION


    Sutlers, vendors and concessions are welcome to join us for "The Carolina Campaign." All are requested to remember that all military units, sutlers, civilians and demonstrators are asked to represent the 1861-1865 time-period, specifically that of February to April 1865, and that includes the types of merchandise carried.

    Sutlers are reminded that they are responsible for their sales tax obligations; and will also be required to have premise and other related insurance coverage for your business; as well as signing the Liability Waiver. All Sutlers & Vendors are subject to the approval of the Event Coordinators.

Concession & Vendor Regulations

  • Vendors must be pre-approved by the Event Coordinator. A brief list of what type of items you will sell should be included with your Vendor Registration.
  • All vendors must be pre-registered by February 15th. No Walk-On Vendors are allowed.
  • All vendors are required to check in with the Event Coordinators prior to setting up. All vendor participants must sign a release of liability upon arrival.
  • Vendors are requested to move their vehicles immediately after unloading and setting up. The vendor area will be clear of all vehicles after midnight on Friday but will be permitted between the hours of 6:00 - 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday for off-loading of additional supplies.
  • No gas generators, no alcoholic beverages to be sold, no advertising signs over 14' high, and no loud music or speakers will be permitted.
  • No 'Extremist' materials will be displayed, handed out, or sold. The final decision on what constitutes 'extremist' will be determined by the Event Coordinator.
  • All trash is to be placed in the designated dumpsters/trash collection area.
  • Neither the Palmetto Riflemen, Anderson's Battery, Harwell Farms or it's employees, staff, volunteers, etc., are responsible for any injury, illness, death, damage or loss of property in connection with any vendor.

  • Register

        Vendor Registration opens on April 1st, 2025, and ends on January 31st, 2026; all sutlers/vendors will need to review the above guidelines and must agree to follow all the event Rules and Regulations before registering.

        Your registration will be completed once you have submitted the registration form, either online or by mail (PDF), and have paid the Sutler/Vendor fee. The registration fees are as follows.

    Early Registration (April 1st to September 30th, 2025)
    $50
    Pre-Registration (October 1st, 2025, to January 31st, 2026)
    $80
